We've all seen this contraption before! Maybe in stores, maybe online or maybe on television; it's the ThermaClear Acne Device
Operating this bad boy starts by taking off the plastic cap (I know right, who knew?) and then you disinfect the tip with alcohol. You're going to want to hold the on/off button for a couple seconds which should make the end of the device light up with blue LEDs. You'll likely hear some crackling but don't worry it's normal. Once the flashing has stopped you can tap the on/off button to change the strength setting.
Once all that business is done and you've got the temperature set how you want it (high or low) you want to place the treatment tip right on the pimple. Don't push it into your face like you're trying to stab your face, just gently place it there. At this juncture the tip will be mildly warm and you then press the big ol' "Pulse" button while holding the tip on the pimple for 2 seconds. The first time around you're REALLY going to feel it; it's not an insane amount of pain but yeah, it's a litte sting. Don't worry; the maximum times you should do this to one pimple is 3 times daily (you won't NEED to do it that many times, trust me!).
I'm very pleased to say that after 2 treatments in a 24 hour period all my pimples were either noticeably smaller or gone. The big ones took 2 days consisting of 2 treatments per 24 hour period, no more no less.
I definitely recommend giving this a try before trying any specific antibiotics or creams; it's reasonably affordable and most importantly it works! There's another brand called "Zeno" that offers a similar product but it doesn't perform as well or as fast; this is what I purchased before the ThermaClear Acne Device
